YDJ Series Elbow Beveling Machine is made to bevel the ends of 1.0D & 1.5D elbows of 1/2” to 20” after forming. Elbow materials could be carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel etc.
Features:
* There are three blades for each cutter specially for the outside the middle and the inside beveling, which can work at the same time to ensure efficient cutting and save working time.
* The system will be improved by using touch screen and PLC for intelligent control.
* The sliding table feeding will be controlled by servo motor and screw rod instead of manual speed control valve so that to increase the beveling length accuracy.
* The machine is covered all around to prevent cutting chips and cutting fluid splashed out to avoid slippery ground and protect operators.
